Our refund policy is within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

Our items are perishable, so we do not accept returns. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

We request that you provide feedback as to the reason needed for a refund. Rather than to send product back, we may request a photo that captures the issue be emailed to us. We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied, we will refund the full cost of your purchase.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
