Greek Lasagna

Growing up, we called pastitsio “Greek lasagna.”  Italian lasagna and pastitsio are similar — both contain a tomato meat sauce, pasta and cheese.  We make our pastitsio with bucatini pasta, kefalotyri and feta cheese.  Delicately seasoned with clove and cinnamon and other spice.
